Like the golden discs carried aboard the Voyager space probes in 1977, what would we place in an interstellar time capsule today to represent humanity?
In Bouée, a group of scientists set themselves the task of updating the portrait of humanity. They explore - with a touch of absurd humour - the great existential questions: What is our place in an infinite cosmos? Is there life elsewhere, is another Earth possible for us? Do we even have the skills to go out and meet the Other? When we are surrounded by life, why do we feel so alone?
